Actor Simhaa, who impressed with movies such as Pizza, Neram, and Soodhu Kavvum, said that change in physical appearance will lend authenticity to characters. In a recent interview, he said, “I was also inspired after seeing Christian Bale's physical transformation for The Machinist and Batman Begins. 

I was amazed that it was the same guy who was playing the two roles. That made me aware of how physical appearance can go a long way in establishing a character.”
